Andreas Bergh is associate professor in Economics at Lund university and fellow at the Research Institute of Industrial Economics in Stockholm.

His research concerns the welfare state, institutions, development, globalization, trust and social norms.

He has published in journals such as European Economic Review, World Development, European Sociological Review and Public Choice. He is the author of 'Sweden and the revival of the capitalist welfare state" (Edward Elgar, 2014).

The Guardians datablog

The Guardian har en "datablog" som visualiserar diverse data på ett oftast trevligt sätt. Här visas exempelvis de offentliga underskotten 2010 inom OECD:

Underliggande OECD-data finns dessutom i ett Google-spreadsheet, vilket är bra eftersom OECDs egna databaser kan vara lite knöliga att jobba med (och hitta i).

Det beror väl på vad man är ute efter. Det skulle dock vara ännu intressantare om man också fick se strukturella underskott i andra länder!
