Dominican Republic 1978 (stängde 1980)
Bahrain 1984
Puerto Rico 1985
Sydafrika 1987
Island of Guam 1989
Mexico 1990
Aruba 1991
Sydkorea 1991
China, Costa Rica, Egypt, El Salvador, Honduras, Ireland, Jamaica, New Zealand, Spain and Taiwan 1995
Bolivia, Lebanon, Malaysia, Malta and Panama 1997
Pakistan 1998
Tanzania 2000
Algeriet 2009 (?)
